With our locally-based doula services, you can rest assured that your baby is in the safest possible hands with Strong Women Doula. We’ll be by your side throughout your pregnancy and beyond, providing guidance to you and care for your newborn. Care for the mother as well as the child
Our doula has extensive experience not only in delivering babies, but caring for mums before, during and after birth. They aim to strike a good balance between ensuring that you are physically cared for as well as emotionally supported throughout your journey. From accompanying you to antenatal appointments, to providing one-on-one care in your own home, they are flexible in the service that they provide, and will be there for you whenever you need them.

As a doula we provide evidence based information about all types of birthing options and the birthing process.
Any questions mum or dad maybe unsure of they are encouraged to ask their supporting doula. Doula's are not medically trained professionals and are not allowed to give medical advice, that should be consulted with you local medical provider.
