As a doula we provide evidence based information about all types of birthing options and the birthing process. Any questions mum or dad maybe unsure of they are encouraged to ask their supporting doula. Doula's are not medically trained professionals and are not allowed to give medical advice, that should be consulted with you local medical provider.
